Bahan Membuat Creamy fettucini carbonara
- It's 125 gr of fetucini.
- It's 50 gr of kornet (saya gak pakai).

- You need 250 ml of susu UHT (saya pakai 300ml).
- Prepare of Keju sekitar 80 gr(satu blok keju saya bagi dua ambil separonya).
- Prepare 4 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 2 butir of telor.
- You need 1 sdt of lada bubuk.
- You need Sejumput of garam.
- It's of Tepung maizena (saya skip gak pakai).
Langkah Memasak Creamy fettucini carbonara
- Campur keju yg sudah di parut dengan dua telor, lada bubuk dan 1 sdm mentega kocok saya tambahkan sedikit susu dari jumlah 300ml di resep biar agak encer.
- Chop bawang putih dan potong potong sosis sesuai selera.
- Ambil 1 sdm mentega untuk menumis bawang putih.
- Setelah bau harumnya tercium masukkan sosis, dan juga susu..
- Masukkan bahan bahan yg sudah dicampur dengan telor di langkah 1.
- Koreksi rasa sesuai selera.
- Saya gak tambahi tepung karna teksturnya sudah creamy dan kental meskipun tanpa tepung.
