Carbonara is one of my all-time favourite pasta dishes. Today I show you how to make a delicious Carbonara with my simple recipe. This is one of my favourite recipes because it is so easy and can be made in a low fat version (see my low-fat fettucine carbonara version recipe).
Bahan Membuat Fettucini carbonara
- Prepare 200 gram of fettucini.
- It's 250 ml of susu cair (sisihkan sedikit untuk kocokan telur).
- It's 100 gram of keju cheddar.
- It's 3 lembar of smoked beef / sosis.
- Prepare of Korned sapi.
- Prepare 1/2 of bawang bombai.
- It's 2 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 1 sdm of butter.
- It's 1/2 sdt of lada bubuk.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1 butir of telur.
Langkah Memasak Fettucini carbonara
- Panaskan air dalam panci beri sedikit minyak dan garam. Rebus fettucini sampai empuk kurang lebih 15 menit.
- Panaskan butter. Tumis bawang putih, bawang dan bombai sampai harum. Masukan sosis, corned, susu cair, keju parut aduk rata. Tambahkan garam dan lada bubuk, cek rasa kalau sudah pas masukan fettucini. Boleh tambahkan oregano.
- Masukan kocokan telur dengan campuran susu cair yang yg sudah disisihkan di awal. Angkat dan siap disajikan..
