Carbonara is one of my all-time favourite pasta dishes. Today I show you how to make a delicious Carbonara with my simple recipe. This is one of my favourite recipes because it is so easy and can be made in a low fat version (see my low-fat fettucine carbonara version recipe).
Bahan Membuat Fettucini carbonara
- Prepare of Fettucini (sy pakai brand la fonte).
- It's of Udang kupas.
- It's of Daging asap.
- Prepare 50 gr of daging cincang.
- It's 200 ml of susu full cream.
- Prepare 1 sdt of totole.
- It's 2 sdm of cream cheese.
- You need 1 bks kecil of unsalted butter.
- It's 1 sdm of margarin.
- It's 1/4 bagian of bawang bombay uk sedang iris kotak kecil.
- Prepare 2 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- You need 1 sdm of oregano.
- You need of Gula.
- You need of Garam.
Langkah Memasak Fettucini carbonara
- Rebus 1/3 bungkus fettucini dalam air mendidih hingga layu/empuk (ketika merebus sy menambahkan 1 sdm minyak goreng) untuk mengurangi lengket ketika nantinya airnya d buang.
- Panas kan 1 sdm margarin Dan butter, tumis bawang putih cincang, irisan bawang bombay, daging asap daging cincang Dan udang hingga wangi.
- Tuangkan susu full cream, tambahkan cream cheese, tambahkan totole.
- Koreksi rasa dengan gula Dan garam.
- Masukkan fettucini yang telah d rebus, aduk rata, tambahkan oregano, biarkan sesaat hingga kuahnya mulai trrlihat creamy..
- Angkat Dan sajikan.
