Bahan Membuat Sate Maranggi Purwakarta
- It's 1 kg of daging sapi.

- It's 2 ruas of lengkuas.
- You need 3 ruas of jahe.
- Prepare 3 ruas of kencur.
- You need of Bumbu Marinasi.
- It's 3 sdm of air asam jawa.
- It's 5 sdm of kecap manis.
- It's Secukupnya of garam.
- It's of Sambal Kecap.
- You need 150 ml of kecap manis.
- You need 2 siung of bawang putih (goreng).
- Prepare 1/2 sdm of merica (goreng).
- It's 1/2 sdm of air jeruk nipis.
- Prepare of Acar Tomat.
- Prepare 1 buah of tomat besar.
- It's 3 buah of bawang merah.
- Prepare 5 buah of cabai rawit.
- It's 1 sdt of air jeruk nipis.
- You need Secukupnya of garam, gula.
Langkah Memasak Sate Maranggi Purwakarta
- Cuci bersih dan potong dadu daging. Taruh potongan nanas, aduk bentar aja terus ambil nanasnya..
- Campur bumbu halus sama bumbu marinasi, terus bumbuin daging. Diemin minimal 30 menit.
- Buat acar tomat: potong tomat, cabe, bawang merah. Tambahin garam, gula sama air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata. Tiriskan.
- Buat sambal kecap: halusin bawang putih dan merica goreng. Tambahin kecap manis, aduk. Tiriskan.
- Setelah 30 menit, tusukin daging ke tusuk satenya.
- Bakar satenya deh.
- Sajikan bersama sambal kecap dan acar tomat ♥️.
