- You need Fillet of dada ayam.
- It's 1 butir of telur.
- You need 1 siung of bawang bombay.
- Prepare 1 batang of bawang pre.
- Prepare of Cabe (opsional).
- You need 5 sdm of Dashi (bisa diganti kaldu ayam).
- You need 2 sdm of kecap manis.
- It's 1 sdm of mirin (tidak usah juga no problem).
Langkah Memasak Oyakodon (親子丼)
- Iris dada ayam kotak-kotak.
- Iris bawang bombay dan bawang preh, serta cabe.
- Masukkan dashi, kecap, dan mirin ke dalam wajan.
- Campurkan irisan ayam dan bawang dengan dashi, kecap, dan mirin.
- Masak dengan api sedang sampai mendidih (3-5 menit).
- Kocok lepas telur (jangan terlalu kuat dan bercampur).
- Tuangkan telur di atas no. 5. Tunggu sampai telur matang (6-10 detik).
- Matikan api dan Oyakodon siap dihidangkan di atas nasi 🍚.
