- Campur seluruh bahan katsu kecuali tepung roti. Simpan di kulkas 15 menit (aku biasanya semalaman)..
- Keluarkan ayam dan baluri dgn tepung roti. Goreng hingga keemasan. Iris katsu. Sisihkan..
- Panaskan olive oil, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan bahan saus kecuali telur. Masak hingga mendidih..
- Masukkan kocokan telur, diamkan beberapa saat. Masukkan katsu. Tutup pan, kecil kan api. Masak selama 1 menit..
- Setelah kurang lebih 1 menit, angkat dan sajikan diatas nasi π.
