- You need 2 of telur ayam dikocok.
- Prepare 1/2 sdm of saos tiram.
- You need 1/2 of sdteh mrica bubuk.
- It's 1/2 of cabe merah keriting rajang halus.
- You need 1 sdm of bw prei rajang halus.
- You need 75 CC of air matang.
Langkah Memasak Oyakodon kakap
- Siapkan wajan kecil, masukkan air 75 CC, saos tiram, mrica bubuk, bw prei, cabe rajang, fillet kakap/ayam kemudian didihkan dg api sedang tunggu bentar sampai kakap/ayam matang trus masukkan kocokan telur tutup wajan,tunggu 1 menit. Matang deh taruh di atas 1 piring nasi panas untuk sarapan.
