Oyako-don is a quick and easy dish that is low cost and filling. Perfect for the working mum with young growing kids. I was exactly like that many years ago.
Bahan Membuat Oyako-don (親子丼)
- You need of Saya 1/4 ayam fillet dipotong kotak2.
- Prepare 3 of telur ayam.
- It's 1/4 of tsuyu (kaldu Jepang).
- It's 1 cup of air putih.
- Prepare 1/2 of bawang bombay iris.
- Prepare 1/2 batang of daun bawang iris.
- It's Sedikit of jahe iris.
- It's Sedikit of garam dan gula sesuai selera.
Langkah Memasak Oyako-don (親子丼)
- Ayam direbus dengan tsuyu (kaldu) + air putih dan jahe iris sampai matang..
- Iris bawang bombay dan daun bawang..
- Rebus air dengan bawang bombay dan tsuyu dari 1..
- Masukkan ayam yg sudah matang ke 3, rebus sisah tsuyu juga dimasukkan ke 4..
- Telur dikocok. Dan masukkan ke 4, ditutup..
- Taburkan daun bawang ke atas 5..
- Sajikan..
