Oyako-don (親子丼) Oyako-don is a quick and easy dish that is low cost and filling. Perfect for the working mum with young growing kids. I was exactly like that many years ago.

Bahan Membuat Oyako-don (親子丼)

  1. You need of Saya 1/4 ayam fillet dipotong kotak2.
  2. Prepare 3 of telur ayam.
  3. It's 1/4 of tsuyu (kaldu Jepang).
  4. It's 1 cup of air putih.
  5. Prepare 1/2 of bawang bombay iris.
  6. Prepare 1/2 batang of daun bawang iris.
  7. It's Sedikit of jahe iris.
  8. It's Sedikit of garam dan gula sesuai selera.

Langkah Memasak Oyako-don (親子丼)

  1. Ayam direbus dengan tsuyu (kaldu) + air putih dan jahe iris sampai matang..
  2. Iris bawang bombay dan daun bawang..
  3. Rebus air dengan bawang bombay dan tsuyu dari 1..
  4. Masukkan ayam yg sudah matang ke 3, rebus sisah tsuyu juga dimasukkan ke 4..
  5. Telur dikocok. Dan masukkan ke 4, ditutup..
  6. Taburkan daun bawang ke atas 5..
  7. Sajikan..
