Bahan Membuat Oyakodon (rice bowl chicken-egg)
- You need 350 gram of ayam fillet.
- You need 1 buah of bawang bombay.
- It's 1 ruas of jahe.
- Prepare 3 butir of telur.
- It's of Bumbu saos kecap.
- You need 2 sdm of mirin.
- It's 2 sdm of kecap asin shoyu.
- You need 2 sdm of gula pasir.
- You need 1 sdm of saos tiram.
- Prepare 1 sdm of minyak wijen.
- Prepare 100 ml of air kaldu dashi.
Langkah Memasak Oyakodon (rice bowl chicken-egg)
- Sambil menunggu proses membuat oyakodon terlebih dahulu masak nasi dengan menggunakan rice cooker seperti biasa.
- Siapkan bahan campurkan semua bahan saos kecap aduk rata, daging ayam potong2, bawang bombay & cabe diiris, telur kocok lepas (pisahkan 1 kuning telurnya untuk topping).
- Siapkan wajan anti lengket beri sedikit minyak lalu masukan bawang bombay & cabe yang telah diiris juga jahe lalu masukan semua bahan saos kecap setelah mulai mendidih masukan ayam aduk rata masak sampai ayam matang.
- Saran penyajian ambil nasi panas dimangkok tuang oyakodon yang baru matang diatasnya, hidangkan panas2.
- Setelah itu masukan telur kocok sedikit demi sedikit hingga rata lalu masak hingga mendidih terakhir beri kuning telur diatasnya.
