- Tumis bawang Bombay & ayam, kemudian masukkan Kuah bumbu.Masak hingga mendidih.
- Tuangkan campuran telur, campur asal kemudian tutup wajan sebentar.
- Buka tutup wajan, tuangkan lagi 1 butir telur kocok di atasnya. Tutup wajan lagi dan masak hingga matang.
- Sajikan di atas nasi panas, topping dengan irisan daun bawang.
