- Prepare 1 mangkok of katsuobushi(flakes smoked tuna).

- It's 2 sdm of mirin(bisa skip).
- Prepare 1 sdm of gula.
- It's 2 butir of telur.

- It's of Nori/rumput laut.
- Prepare of Daun bawang.
Langkah Memasak Oyakodon(Japanese chicken leg)
- Rendam katsuobushi dg air selama 10menit kemudian saringl sisihkan,cuci daging ayam buang kulit iris menjadi 8 potong Di setiap keping fillet, tiriskan.
- Campur kan air rendaman dg gula,kecap Asin,mirin,kaldu ikan,aduk sampai tercampur rata, masak sampai mendidih,iris bawang Bombay tipis2 masukan bawang Bombay ke Dalam kuah Yang sudah mendidih, kemudian masukan ayam biarkan sampai mendidih.
- Iris tipis2 serong daun bawang,taburkan daun bawang diatas ayam masak sampe layu,kocok Lepas telur kemudian siram diatas ayam biarkan sampe telur matang,taburkan daun bawang angkat sajikan taburi dg rumput laut/nori.
