- Cuci bersih daun bawang dan iris tipis-tipis, sisihkan.
- Campurkan dashi bubuk dengan air panas 200ml.
- Pecahkan dua telur dan kocok lepas (tidak perlu sampai terlalu menyatu).
- Siapkan kompor dan wajan ukuran secukupnya, kalau bisa seukuran dengan piring saji.
- Campurkan kuah dashi, mirin dan shoyu sesuai takaran masak dengan api besar.
- Tambahkan bawang bombay potong dan masak hingga layu.
- Masukkan ayam dan masak di api sedang, tunggu hingga ayam mulai berubah warna.
- Tambahkan telur yang sudah dikocok merata ke seluruh wajan, matikan kompor, bisa juga ditutup agar telur lebih matang.
- Tunggu sekitar 5 menit agar telur menjadi setengah matang.
- Sajikan di atas nasi hangat, tambahkan daun bawang potong dan furikake.
