Langkah Memasak Korean Tofu Soup - Sundubu Jjigae

  1. Rebus kaldu, sisihkan.
  2. Lucky, sy dapat Gochugaru di Ranch Market Lotte Avenue, jd gak perlu ke Korean Market Cibubur.
  3. Panaskan Wajan Stone, masukkan lemak sapi / ayam, tumis bersama Bombay dan Bawang putih cincang.
  4. Tambahkan Kaldu - Masukkan Kecap Asin-Minyak Wijen | tambahkan Kimchi, Gochugaru, koreksi Rasa.
  5. Siapkan Mangkuk Saji (kerna sy buat 4, sy pakai wajan besar) begitu siap disajikan Masukkan Telur ke Sup, tunggu 1 menit langsung angkat - sajikan panas.
  6. Voila,.. Sulung saya minta Telurnya setengah matang plus Nasi mangkuk besar.
  7. Nengah sy request - No rice mom, Roast beef nya banyakin.
  8. Bungsu saya, " I want my egg vey runny....
