Bahan Membuat Tofu Jiggae
- It's 2 bungkus of tofu / tahu telur.
- Prepare 3 butir of bakso.
- It's 2 buah of wortel, potong panjang.
- It's of Sawi putih (secukupnya).
- It's of Teok/kue beras (sesuai selera).
- It's 4 siung of bawang merah.
- It's 2 siung of bawang putih.
- It's 1/2 siung of bawang bombay.
- It's 3-5 of cabe rawit (sesuai selera).
- It's 2 buah of cabe keriting, potong serong.
- You need 1 butir of telur.
- It's 500 cc of air kaldu.
- Prepare of Gula, garam, merica (secukupnya).
- You need 1-2 sendok of cabe bubuk.
- It's of Daun bawang.
- It's of Kimchi.
- It's of Keju.
Langkah Memasak Tofu Jiggae
- Potong bawang putih, bawang merah dan bombay, sangrai hingga wangi.
- Masukkan irisan cabe, sangrai dan aduk rata. Tambahkan gula, garam, dan merica secukupnya.
- Pecahkan 1 butir telur, oyak rata.
- Tambahkan potongan tofu dan bakso, aduk rata.
- Masukkan teokpokki, dan air kaldu secukupnya.
- Masukkan potongan wortel dan sawi putih, tambahkan penyedap rasa dan bubuk cabai.
- Aduk hingga matang mendidih. (Cicipi masakan, jika kurang pas boleh ditambahkan bumbu lagi sesuai selera).
- Hidangkan selagi hangat, taburkan daun bawang, keju dan kimchi sesuai selera..
