- Prepare 1 sdt of Kaldu Dashi.
- It's 1.5 gelas of Air putih secukupnya hingga menutupi isiannya.
- You need 2 lembar of Nori Mama Suka.
Langkah Memasak Beef Sundubu Jjigae
- Tumis Daun Bawang, Kimchi dan sliced beef hingga berubah warna.
- Masukan Air, kaldu dashi, kaldu, Gojuchang, Doenjang, aduk hingga rata dan mendidih.
- Jika sudah mendidih, masukan jamur enoki dan tahu sutra nya.. Terakhir masukan telur tak perlu diaduk.
