- Prepare of Cumi.
- It's of Telur.
Langkah Memasak Budae Jjigae Seafood, simple dan enak
- Untuk gochujangnya dicampurin aja dan aduk rata. Sisihkan..
- Bersihkan udang dan cumi. Potong2 seukuran sedang (biar bisa langsung masuk mulut). Sisihkan.
- Potong2 kimchi sekita 2-3cm. Btw kimchi aku cuma sawi putih aja..
- Tumis baput n cabe sampe wangi, masukin air kira2 200ml, tunggu mendidih. Masukin kimchi aduk2, masukin bumbu gochujang, aduk rata tunggu mendidih. Masukin udang n cumi. Kalau udang n cumi udah matang lanjut masukin telur tunggu 2-3menit (tergantung selera elornya mau matang atau gak) selesaaiiii~.
- Kalau bisa telurnya jangan terlalu diaduk, 1-2x aja diaduk, kalau diaduk sampai hancur malah penampakkannya kayak seblak😅.
