Langkah Memasak Budae jjigae
- Siapkan semua bahan dan potong semua bahan.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan bawang putih, bawang bombay, daun bawang tumis sampai wangi.
- Kalau sudah wangi masukkan bubuk cabe korea sesuai selera, tunggu sampai bau cabe wangi.
- Kalau sudah wangi masukkan kimchi dan daging sapi atau ayam sampai setengah matang kalau sudah masukkan kecap asin.
- Lalu masukkan air/ kaldu, tunggu sampai mendidih.
