Kimchi jiggae When kimchi gets old, it becomes an excellent ingredient for various other dishes! The most common dish made with aged kimchi is kimchi jjigae (κΉ€μΉ˜ 찌개). Kimchi stew (kimchi jjigae or kimchichigae) combines kimchi with other ingredients such as beef, onions, garlic, and tofu.

Bahan Membuat Kimchi jiggae

  1. Prepare 1 siung of bawang merah.
  2. Prepare 1/2 siung of bawang bombay.
  3. It's 1/4 of dada ayam (lbh enak pake daging sapi sih 😁).
  4. You need 1 bks of mie instan.
  5. Prepare 1 btr of telur.
  6. You need 1 gelas of kimchi.
  7. You need 1/2 gelas of air kimchi.
  8. You need 1 gelas of air putih.
  9. You need 2 buah of tahu putih uk. sedang.
  10. You need 1 batang of daun bawang,iris2 utk taburan.
  11. It's secukupnya of garam,gula,merica,penyedap (optional).
  12. It's 1 sdm of saori saus tiram.
  13. It's 1 sdt of cabe bubuk (klo ga suka pedas bs skip).
  14. You need of minyak utk menumis.

Langkah Memasak Kimchi jiggae

  1. Potong2 bawang merah,bombay dan dada ayam (note ayam sudah di bersihkan dlu ya).
  2. Tumis bawang lalu masukan potongan ayam tunggu sampai ayam setengah matang.
  3. Tambahkan kimchi tumis sebentar,lalu masukan air kimchi dan air putih.
  4. Tunggu sampai sedikit mendidih lalu tambahkan garam,gula,penyedap dan saus tiram tes rasa.
  5. Masukan mie ditengah2 dan tahu putih yg sudah dipotong2 biarkan mendidih jgn sering di aduk biar tahu nya ga hancur.
  6. Ceplok telor di atas mie biarkan setengah matang lalu tambah kan irisan daun bawang biarkan mendidih sebentar.
  7. Angkat siap sajikan enak dimakan panas2 humm yummy moms..😘.
