Bahan Membuat Kimchi Jjigae (Sup Kimchi Korea)
- It's 250 g of kimchi beserta airnya.
- Prepare 250 g of daging sapi.
- Prepare 15 buah of ikan teri kering.
- You need 1 sdm of bawang putih cincang.
- You need 10 ekor of udang.
- Prepare 1 sdm of kaldu ayam bubuk (optional).
- It's 1 sdm of cabai bubuk korea.
- It's 1 buah of egg tofu (sapo tahu).
- It's 250 ml of air.
- Prepare of Garam dan gula.
- It's 1 bh of bawang bombay iris horizontal.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi Jjigae (Sup Kimchi Korea)
- Buat kaldu teri: Masukkan 250 ml (1cup air) + teri kering yg sudah dicuci + bawang putih cincang + kaldu bubuk, rebus selama 10 menit dengan api kecil dan panci tertutup, setelah itu saring kuah kaldu dan letakkan ke dalam wadah.
- Di dalam panci lain, letakkan kimchi beserta air nya, bawang bombay cincang, cabai bubuk, lalu daging sapi, udang. Taburi 1 sdm garam dan gula. Tutup panci dan masak selama 10 menit dengan api kecil.
- Setelah kimchi dan lauknya mendidih, siram dengan kaldu teri yg sudah dibuat, tutup panci selama 5 menit dalam keadaan api sedang.
- Letakkan tahu yang telah dipotong2 beserta daun bawang diatasnya, tutup panci dengan api sedang selama 5 menit..
- Kimchi jjigae siap dihidangkan..
Kimchi stew (kimchi jjigae or kimchichigae) combines kimchi with other ingredients such as beef, onions, garlic, and tofu. It is meant to be eaten. A delectable, SPICY traditional soup full of kimchi, tofu, veggies, and pork (but can be made vegetarian). My absolute favorite Korean dish of Kimchi is available at Asian markets; I recommend buying the homemade variety wherever possible. If you buy a shelf-bottled kimchi (non-refrigerated).
