Beyond its great taste and health benefits, kimchi soup is easy to make and comes together in a single pot. Don't be scared off by the ingredients. When kimchi gets old, it becomes an excellent ingredient for various other dishes!
Bahan Membuat Soup kimchi (kimchi jjigae)
- You need 100 gram of udang, kupas bersih.
- It's 100 gram of dada ayam (tanpa kulit, tanpa lemak).
- You need 1 siung of bawang bombai, cincang.
- It's 4 siung of bawang putih, cincang.
- You need secukupnya of rumput laut kering.
- Prepare 3 of sosis (ayam/ sapi).
- It's 1 buah of tofu (saya ga pake karna lagi kosong).
- Prepare 200 gram of kimchi (homemade).
- You need 1/2 of lobak putih (bisa skip), potong kecil.
- It's secukupnya of gula.
- Prepare secukupnya of kaldu jamur.
- You need 250 ml of air.
- It's 150 ml of air kimchi.
- You need 1 sdm of saus cabai kacang (merk LEE KUM KEE).
Langkah Memasak Soup kimchi (kimchi jjigae)
- Rebus potongan ayam dan udang pada air kimchi dan air biasa sampai mendidih, dengan sendirinya air akan menjadi kaldu ayam dan kaldu udang..
- Masukkan semua bahan isi, lobak , bawang putih, bawang bombay cincang, sosis, cabai rawit(kondisional), tofu, kimchi sisakan hanya rumput laut nya. Utk rumput laut saya pakai ini, recommended..
- Masukkan bumbu penyedap jamur, gula dan cicipi sampai terasa sempurna terakhir masukkan rumput laut kering agar tidak hanyut apabila terlalu lama direbus, dan siap dihidangkan :) saya pakai saus cabai kacang karna lagi ga punya gochujang. Utk yg punya silahkan pakai gochujang. Dijamin lebih enak..
