Bahan Membuat Kimchi jjigae
- Prepare 100 g of daging sapi iris tipis.
- It's 50 g of kimchi.
- It's 1 bungkus of mie instan rebus tiriskan.
- Prepare 1/2 gelas of air kimchi.
- You need 1 tangkai of daun bawang potong kasar.
- You need 3 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- It's 1/2 buah of bawang bombai potong2.
- It's 2 sdm of gochujang.
- It's 1 sdt of cabe bubuk.
- Prepare 3 kotak of tahu sutra potong2.
- It's 1 sdm of minyak wijen.
- Prepare 2 gelas of air.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi jjigae
- Didihkan air,masukan daging,masak hingga daging empuk.
- Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombai hingga harum,masukan tumisan ke dlm panci.
- Masukan kimchi,tahu dan bumbu2 lainnya kecuali daun bawang,aduk hingga semua matang,tes rasanya,jika krg asin bs di tambah garam atau gochujang,masukan daun bawang,aduk sebentar lalu angkat dan sajikan 😊.
- Taruh mie di mangkuk,siram dgn kimchi jjigae panas,sajikan 😊.
