Bahan Membuat Kimchi-jjigae (김치 찌개)
- Prepare 2 sendok makan of gochujang.
- Prepare 1 sendok makan of tauco.
- It's 2 buah of tahu ukuran sedang.
- You need 1/4 kg of udang.
- You need Secukupnya of sawi hijau.
- Prepare Secukupnya of sawi putih.
- You need Secukupnya of timun.
- It's 5 buah of cabai hijau besar.
- Prepare 1 buah of cabai merah besar.
- Prepare 1 buah of bawang bombay.
- Prepare 2 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 2 sendok teh of gula pasir.
- You need 1 sendok teh of merica bubuk.
- You need 1 sendok teh of garam secukupnya.
- It's 1 sendok teh of cuka masak.
- You need of Wijen secukupnya (opsional).
- You need 2 sendok makan of minyak goreng.
- It's 700 ml of air matang.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi-jjigae (김치 찌개)
- Pertama cuci bersih semua bahannya dan potong sesuai selera.
- Siapkan panci sup, beri 2 sendok makan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay..
- Masukkan udang dan semua sayuran, tambahkan air, gochujang, tauco..
- Masukan bumbu garam, gula, merica dan cuka..
- Masak selama 10 menit dan masukkan tahu.
- Masak lagi selama 5-7 menit..
- Taburi dengan wijen dan sajikan dengan nasi hangat. 😁😍😆.
