Bahan Membuat Kimchi Jjigae
- You need 100 g of Kimchi.
- Prepare 100 g of Daging sapi dicuci diiris tipis.
- It's 3 buah of Tahu putih 5×5 diiris ½ cm.
- Prepare 600 ml of Air mineral.
- It's 1 siung of Bawang bombay diiris tipis.
- It's 1 batang of Daun bawang diiris serong panjang.
- Prepare 1 buah of Wortel dipotong panjang (sy skip).
- Prepare 1 sdm of Cabe bubuk (sy saus sambal).
- It's of Lada bubuk, Garam, Gula (sesuai selera).
- Prepare 1 sdm of Minyak goreng utk menumis.
- It's of ▪ Bumbu halus :.
- You need 2 siung of Bawang putih.
- It's 3 siung of Bawang merah.
- You need 3 buah of Cabe merah keriting.
- You need 1/2 buah of Tomat merah.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi Jjigae
- Daging sapi direbus dg 600 ml air mineral sampai empuk, dibuang busa2 yg muncul, disisihkan..
- Bumbu halus ditumis hingga harum..
- Ditambah daging sapi dan air kaldunya, lada, cabe bubuk (sy saus sambal), garam, gula. Dimasak sampai mendidih. Ditambah kimchi, wortel, bawang bombay, daun bawang. Dididihkan lagi..
- Terakhir ditambahkan tahu. Dimasak sampai tahu matang, ditest rasa..
- Jika sudah matang, disajikan dg taburan daun bawang. Ternyata enak ya 😁.
