Langkah Memasak Kimchi-jjigae 김치찌개
- Rebus daging agar empuk nantinya (saya merebusnya selama 30 menit dengan api kecil), jangan buang air rebusannya, nanti bisa dipergunakan untuk kaldu, takar air kaldu sebanyak takaran pada resep, kalo kurang, tambahkan sedikit air, kalo lebih, simpan sisanya untuk dimasak yang lain.
- Potong2 kimchi, masukkan dalam panci / hot pot berserta air kimchinya, udang, disusul dengan irisan daun bawang dan bombay, serta daging dan kaldunya yang sudah ditakar, bumbui dengan seluruh bumbu diatas, aduk rata.
- Masak diatas api kecil hingga mendidih, setelah mendidih masukkan potongan tahu, biarkan diatas api selama 10 menit, lalu matikan api, sajikan hangat.
