- Prepare 300 ml of Air.
- It's 1/2 sdm of gochujang.
- It's 1/2 sdt of penyedap rasa.
- Prepare 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1/2 bagian of tahu telur rasa udang.
- Prepare 1 buah of tahu putih ukuran sedang.
- Prepare 1 batang of daun bawang ukuran besar (ambil bagian hijaunya saja).
Langkah Memasak Kimchi Jjigae (Sup Kimchi) ala Anak Kos
- Tumis bawang putih (bulat utuh, kupas kulitnya), udang, dan ayam hingga matang.
- Masukan kimchi kemasan beserta airnya(kalau ukuran kimchi terlalu besar, potong” dengan gunting supaya tidak banyak air kimchi yg terbuang).
- Tambahkan air hingga kimchi terendam, masukkan 1/2 sdm gochujang. Tunggu hingga mendidih kurang lbh 10 menit. Untuk tambahan garam dan penyedap rasa bisa sesuai selera (catatan: kimchi kemasan dan gochujang sdh terasa asin, jd jumlah garam dan penyedap bs dikurangi).
- Masukkan tahu putih, tahu telur, dan daun bawang. Tutup panci selama kurang lebih 5 menit..
- Kimchi jjigae siap disantap!.
