  1. Tumis bawang putih (bulat utuh, kupas kulitnya), udang, dan ayam hingga matang.
  2. Masukan kimchi kemasan beserta airnya(kalau ukuran kimchi terlalu besar, potong” dengan gunting supaya tidak banyak air kimchi yg terbuang).
  3. Tambahkan air hingga kimchi terendam, masukkan 1/2 sdm gochujang. Tunggu hingga mendidih kurang lbh 10 menit. Untuk tambahan garam dan penyedap rasa bisa sesuai selera (catatan: kimchi kemasan dan gochujang sdh terasa asin, jd jumlah garam dan penyedap bs dikurangi).
  4. Masukkan tahu putih, tahu telur, dan daun bawang. Tutup panci selama kurang lebih 5 menit..
  5. Kimchi jjigae siap disantap!.
