Bahan Membuat Kimchi Jjigae ala mamatun
- It's 1 of sisi ayam fillet bagian dada, iris dadu.
- Prepare 1 bungkus of tahu telur.
- Prepare 1 bungkus of kimchi instan (ada di supermarket).
- Prepare 1 buah of otak otak beku (iris2).
- It's 1 buah of crab stick (iris2).
- It's 1 buah of bakso ikan (iris2).
- It's 3 siung of bawang putih cincang halus.
- It's 1 sendok of minyak wijen.
- You need 1 sendok of kecap ikan.
- You need 1 bungkus of jamur enoki.
- You need 3 buah of jamur shiitake.
- You need 1 batang of daun bawang (iris tipis).
- It's Secukupnya of gula.
- Prepare Secukupnya of garam.
- Prepare 1 sendok makan of gochujang.
- Prepare 1/2 siung of bawang bombay iris tipis.

Langkah Memasak Kimchi Jjigae ala mamatun
- Masukkan kimchi, daging ayam, bawang bombay, aneka bakso ikan, dan cincangan bawang putih, gochujang, tambah air secukupnya.
- Beri garam gula dan kaldu jamur secukupnya.. tuang minyak wijen dan kecap ikan.. koreksi rasa.
- Setelah mendidih masukkan tahu telur dan jamur enoki dan shiitake, biarkan mendidih selama kurang lebih 5 menit.. lalu taburin daun bawang yg diiris tipis.
- Sajikan ujan2.. rasanya seger bangetttt.
