Bahan Membuat Kimchi Jjigae
- You need Secukupnya of Kimchi sawi putih / Makkimchi.
- Prepare 250 gr of daging sapi (baiknya pakai daging yang diiris tipis-tipis seperti sukiyaki, tapi disini saya pakai daging untuk sup).
- You need 2 of wortel, potong-potong besar.
- You need 1 of bawang bombay, potong kotak.
- You need 2 of daun bawang (potong 10cm).
- It's 1 of telur (tambahan, sesuai selera).
- You need 5 siung of bawang putih, geprek.
- It's 1 ruas of jahe, geprek.
- You need Secukupnya of minyak wijen.
- It's Secukupnya of garam.
- Prepare Secukupnya of lada.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi Jjigae
- Rebus bawang putih, jahe dan daging sampai daging empuk/matang.
- Masukkan wortel dan bawang bombay, rebus sampai wortel matang/empuk.
