Bahan Membuat Sundubu kimci jjigae
- You need 6 slice of tahu putih.
- It's 1 genggam of kecil tauge.
- Prepare 4 lembar of kimci (cek d resep sblmnya), gunting.
- It's 1/4 of bawang bombay, iris tebal.
- It's 3 of udang.
- You need 3 slice of cumi.
- You need 1 sdt of gojchujang homemade (cek d resep sblmnya).
- Prepare 1 sdm of cabe merah giling.
- Prepare 1 sdt of kecap asin.
- You need Secukupnya of kaldu bubuk (optional).
Langkah Memasak Sundubu kimci jjigae
- Masukan 1 sdm cabe giling dan 1sdt gojchujang lalu beri air.
- Masukan terlebih dahulu udang, cumi dan bawang bombay selama 2 menit, beri kecap asin dan kaldu bubuk, cek rasa, lalu masukan bahan lain dan kimci homemade (ada d resep sebelumnya).
- Setelah mendidih dan semua matang sajikan dgn nasi hangat beri taburan bawang daun ya sy kelupaan ga pake ๐.
