- Panaskan minyak, kemudian tumis bawang bombai, bawang putih hingga wangi, lalu masukkan daging ayam masak hingga kecoklatan..
- Masukkan air beserta jamur kupingnya, panaskan hingga air mendidih..
- Taruh kimchi, gochujang paste, kemudian cek rasanya dengan tambahkan garam, kaldu jamur dan gula..
- Setelah rasanya sudah pas, tunggu mendidih dan siapkan tepung maizena yang susah dicairkan dengan sedikit air. Tuang supaya kuahnya lebih kental sedikit. Sajikan selagi panas dan hias dengan daun bawang yang dipotong memanjang..
