It's hot, spicy, filling, comforting, delicious, soft tofu stew and has many reasons to be one of the most popular items in Korean restaurants. Sundubu-jjigae (순두부찌개, -豆腐--) or soft tofu stew is a jjigae (찌개, Korean stew) in Korean cuisine.
Bahan Membuat Sundubu Kimchi Jjigae ala Itaewon Class (Korean Soft Tofu Stew)
- It's 1 bungkus (200 gr) of kimchi.
- You need 1/2 blok of tahu kotak.
- You need 1/2 bungkus of jamur enokki.
- You need 1 buah of telur.
- Prepare 1/2 of bawang bombay.
- You need 2 sdm of gochujang (korean chili paste).
- Prepare 2 sdm of gochugaru (bubuk cabai).
- It's 2 sdm of daging sapi yg diris tipis (boleh di skip atau banyaknya disesuaikan).
- It's 1/2 sdt of soy sauce.
- You need 4 sdm of minyak wijen.
- Prepare 1 batang of daun bawang potong2.
- You need 1 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- Prepare 1 of odeng potong2.
- It's 4 buah of bakso ikan.
- You need 300 ml of Air.
Langkah Memasak Sundubu Kimchi Jjigae ala Itaewon Class (Korean Soft Tofu Stew)
- Siapkan semua bahan bahan. Gunting gunting atau iris kimchi jadi bagian kecil..
- Tumis bubuk cabe/gochugaru dengan 2 sdm minyak wijen. Tumis sebentar aja ya karena cepet banget gosong soalnya lalu matikan api. Masukkan gochujang (kalo mau lebih asem bisa ditambahin lagi ya), bawang bombay cincang, daun bawang bagian putihnya aja ya, odeng, bakso ikan.
- Tambahkan air 300 ml dan minyak wijen 1 sdm lalu masak dengan api sedang.
- Di wajan yg berbeda tumis daging sapi dengan 1 sdm minyak wijen beri sedikit soy sauce masak hingga daging berwarna coklat lalu campurkan ke jjigae aduk rata lalu masak kembali. Lalu beri 1 sdm kaldu jamur.
- Masukkan tahu lalu pelan pelan hancurkan aduk rata lalu tambahkan 1 butir telur.
- Taburi potongan daun bawang bagian hijau lalu beri jamur enokki sesuai selera ya banyaknya. Masak sebentar hingga jamur matang lalu sajikan.
