Bahan Membuat Kimchi Jjigae
- Prepare 1 mangkok kecil of kimchi (potong2 ukuran makan/sekitar 2-3cm).
- You need 2 sdm of bubuk cabai korea (gochugaru).
- Prepare 1 sdt of minyak wijen korea.
- Prepare 4 buah of tahu (me : tahu susu).
- Prepare 3 siung of bawang putih (cincang kecil/haluskan).
- It's 200 gram of daging sapi slice (boleh ganti daging ayam).
- It's Secukupnya of garam.
- Prepare Secukupnya of gula.
- Prepare Secukupnya of penyedap.
- It's 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- You need Secukupnya of air kaldu (bila diganti air putih, tambahkan bubuk kaldu sapi/ayam).
- Prepare 1 of cabai hijau (iris tipis serong).
- Prepare 1 of daun bawang (iris tipis serong).
Langkah Memasak Kimchi Jjigae
- Tumis bawang putih sampai harum lalu masukan daging sapi, setelah berubah warna masukan kimchi, minyak wijen & cabai bubuk, aduk2 lalu masukan air kaldu.
- Bumbui dengan kecap asin, gula, garam, penyedap, lalu koreksi rasa.
- Masukan tahu & cabai hijau, biarkan sebentar sampai tahu matang, lalu terakhir taburi dengan daun bawang.
