Bahan Membuat Kimchi jiggae
- You need 4 sdm of minyak wijen.
- You need 2 siung of bawang putih cincang.
- Prepare 1/4 of Bombay iris2.
- It's 4 sdm of kimchi.
- You need 100 grm of beef slice.
- It's 1 mangkok of air putih.
- Prepare 1 batang of daun bawang.
- You need of Jamur tiram secukupnya di suwir2.
- Prepare 1 sdm of gochujang.
- It's 3 butir of bakso ikan.
- It's 1 bh of telur putih rebus.
- You need secukupnya of Garam.
- Prepare secukupnya of Gula.
- Prepare secukupnya of Kaldu bubuk.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi jiggae
- Panaskan minyak tumis bawang putih dan Bombay hingga harum lalu masukan kimchi dan daging aduk2 sebentar lalu masukan air tunggu hingga mendidih. Lalu masukan gochujang,bakso ikan, putih telur, jamur, daun bawang aduk2 hingga tercampur. Cicipi rasa dan kimchi jiggae siap disantao selagi panas..
