Bahan Membuat Kimchi jigae
- Prepare of Ribs atau Sirloin (sesuai selera aj).
- Prepare 1/2 bungkus of Kimchi Omason berikut air.
- You need 1 pcs of Bawang Bombay.
- Prepare 1 siung of Bawang Putih.
- You need 3 Batang of Daun Bawang.
- It's 1/2 Kotak of Tahu Putih.
- It's 500 ml of Air putih.
- It's of bumbu saus.
- You need 1 sdm of Minyak Wijen.
- It's 1 sdm of Gochujang.
- Prepare 1 sdt of Biji Wijen Sangrai.
- You need of Garam.
- It's of Gula sedikit (jangan kebanyakan krn Bombay memberi rasa manis).
- You need of Lada Putih.
Langkah Memasak Kimchi jigae
- Masukan semua bahan di atas (kecuali Tahu). Bring to boil.
- Tambahkan Tahu. Didihkan lagi hingga air agak menyusut dan mengental.
- Sajikan dengan Garnish daun bawang.
