- Marinasi daging sapi dengan kecap asin, lada hitam dan sejumput garam selama 15 menit..
- Potong-potong tahu, potong korek wortel, iris bawang bombai..
- Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daging aduk sampai berubah warna..
