Bahan Membuat Ca Ayam Jamur Pokcoy

  1. You need of sawi sendok/pokcoy, potong sesuai selera.
  2. It's of Jamur kancing.
  3. Prepare of Ayam dada, potong kotak.
  4. You need of Bumbu :.
  5. It's of bawang putih, iris tipis.
  6. It's of sere, digeprek.
  7. Prepare of laos, geprek.
  8. It's of Lada bubuk.
  9. It's of Magic bumbu penyedap (pilihan).
  10. You need of Garam.
  11. It's of Kecap.
  12. Prepare of minyak utk menumis.
  13. You need of Air.

Langkah Memasak Ca Ayam Jamur Pokcoy

  1. Sawi dan jamur dibersihkan, sisihkan.
  2. Tumis bawang, sere, laos hingga harum. Masukkan sawi, jamur&ayam, aduk rata.
  3. Tuang air secukupnya, aduk rata, tggu hingga mulai matang.
  4. Masukkan garam, lada,kecap&magic, aduk rata.
  5. Masak 3 menit, tes rasa. Sajikan.
