- You need of sawi sendok/pokcoy, potong sesuai selera.
- It's of Jamur kancing.
- Prepare of Ayam dada, potong kotak.
- You need of Bumbu :.
- It's of bawang putih, iris tipis.
- It's of sere, digeprek.
- Prepare of laos, geprek.
- It's of Lada bubuk.
- It's of Magic bumbu penyedap (pilihan).
- You need of Garam.
- It's of Kecap.
- Prepare of minyak utk menumis.
- You need of Air.
Langkah Memasak Ca Ayam Jamur Pokcoy
- Sawi dan jamur dibersihkan, sisihkan.
- Tumis bawang, sere, laos hingga harum. Masukkan sawi, jamur&ayam, aduk rata.
- Tuang air secukupnya, aduk rata, tggu hingga mulai matang.
- Masukkan garam, lada,kecap&magic, aduk rata.
- Masak 3 menit, tes rasa. Sajikan.
