Bahan Membuat Sayur Kupat PTT (pete tahu telur)
- Prepare secukupnya of pepaya muda (sy campur labu siam).
- It's 4 buah of tahu kulit coklat.
- It's 2 butir of telur rebus.
- You need 1 papan of pete.
- You need 1 bungkus of kara campur dgn air secukupnya.
- Prepare secukupnya of minyak goreng untk menumis.
- You need 2 sdm of cabe giling bubuk.
- You need 1 sdt of garam.
- It's 1 sdt of gula pasir.
- It's 1/2 sdt of ketumbar bubuk.
- It's 1 sdt of kaldu bubuk(royko).
- You need 2 lembar of daun salam.
- Prepare 1 ruas of lengkuas.
- It's 1 batang of sereh.
- It's of bawang goreng.
- Prepare of 👉 bumby yg dhaluskan :.
- It's 5 siung of bawang merah.
- It's 2 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 2 butir of kemiri.
- You need 1/2 ruas of kunyit.
Langkah Memasak Sayur Kupat PTT (pete tahu telur)
- Serut/potong2 pepaya sepanjang korek api/sesuai selera rebus telur hingga matang.
- Tumis bumbu yg sfh dihaluskan masukan salam sereh lengkuas ketumbar bubuk dan cabe giling bubuk smp harum.
- Masukan pepaya yg sdh diserut aduk2 tuang santan smp mendidih ambil diaduk2 spy santan tdk pecah.
- Masukan tahu kulit dan telur yg sdh direbus da n pete lalu tambahkan garam gula pasir dan kaldu bubuk tes rasa.
- Bila sdh matang taburi dgn bawang goreng.
