Langkah Memasak ONGOL ONGOL (Cenil Singkong)

  2. Masak gula merah smp larut, lalu saring, masak lagi dan beri larutan tepung maizena (spy sedikit mengental) aduk rata dan sisihkan..
  3. Parut singkong, masukan bahan2 lain nya kemudian aduk rata, bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian lalu beri masing2 pewarna secukupnya..
  4. Panaskan kukusan (alasi tutup kukusan dgn kain), oles rata loyang/wadah dgn sedikit minyak bersih (spy tdk lengket) masukan adonan warna merah lalu kukus selama 5 menit, timpa dgn adonan warna kuning, kukus lagi selama 5 menit dan terakhir timpa dgn adonan warna hijau kemudian kukus selama 20 menit/smp matang..
  5. Tunggu smp cenil singkong agak dingin, keluarkan dari loyang lalu potong2, Sajikan dgn taburan kelapa dan gula juruh..
