Bahan Membuat Crunchy Banana Oat Cookies

  1. You need 100 gr of butter suhu ruang (me Royal Palmia).
  2. It's 1 buah of pisang cavendish matang,dihancurkan (me Sunpride).
  3. Prepare 1 sdt of vanila extract /bubuk.
  4. You need 1 of telur ayam.
  5. You need 90 gr of brown sugar/palm sugar.
  6. You need 1 sdt of parutan kulit jeruk nipis/lemon.
  7. You need 100 gr of oatmeal utuh.
  8. You need 100 gr of oatmeal diblender halus.
  9. Prepare 1/4 sdt of garam(me sea salt).
  10. You need 1 sdt of Baking Powder.
  11. It's 90 gr of choco mix Mia Chia,hancurkan. (almond,cashew,kismis,dkk).
  12. Prepare 1/2 sdt of bubuk kayu manis.

Langkah Memasak Crunchy Banana Oat Cookies

  1. Panasin oven 170°c api atas bawah..loyang2 kuker diolesin mentega.
  2. Mixer butter dan brown sugar sampai tercampur rata.
  3. Kemudian masukan pisang,vanila,dan telur...masukkan parutan kulit jeruk..aduk rata dengan spatula.
  4. Di wadah terpisah mix oatmeal,garam,Baking Powder dan aneka kacang dr Mia Chia juga bubuk kayu manis.
  5. Masukkan tepung dkk tadi ke adonan basah,aduk rata dg spatula sampai menjadi satu adonan dough yg padat.
  6. Ambil loyang,ambil adonan setengah sdm taro di loyang,pipihkan/press ringan n bentuk di loyang dg garpu..permukaannya ditekan2 garpu spy ada texture..beri jarak antar adonan..jangan tebel2 per satuannya, spy crispy jadinya.
  7. Panggang di oven 170°c dengan api atas bawah 20 menit..di 5 menit terakhir boleh pindah jd api bawah saja...oiya,untuk loyang kedua timer oven dikurangi 4 menit ya..spy cookies ga menghitam..hehehe..atau ceki2 aja si cookies di oven...
