  9. You need 1 sdt of essens vanila.
  10. It's 1 sdt of essens rum.
  11. Prepare 1 sdt of baking powder double acting (aq pake hercules).
  12. It's 1 sdt of soda kue.
  13. You need 1/4 sdt of garam halus.
  14. It's 1 sdm of chocochips.

  16. It's of Chocochips dan almond.

Langkah Memasak Muffin Pisang Gula Palm Lembut

  1. Campur tepung terigu,baking powder,soda kue,cinnamon powder, aduk rata, ayak, sisihkan...
  2. Lumatkan pisang sampai halus (aq msh agak kasar sengaja, spesial request paksu 😅), sisihkan...
  3. Masukkan gula pasir, gula palem, telur, dan garam ke adonan pisang aduk rata pake garpu saja ya...
  4. Masukkan lelehan butter,minyak sayur, essens vanila dan essens rum,aduk rata...
  5. Masukkan campuran tepung ke dalam adonan pisang, aduk rata,jangan lama lama nanti bantet, max. 1 menit ja..kloh masih ada prongkolan2 tepung cuekin aja..nanti lumer sendiri waktu dipanggang..😅..
  6. Tuang kedalam cup muffin atau cetakan muffin 3/4 cup ja ya..soalnya nanti mekar..panggang di suhu 180 derajat selama 25-30 menit sesuaikan suhu oven masing2 yah...
