Bahan Membuat Banana muffin
- Prepare of Bahan A.
- It's 2 buah of pisang mateng ukuran besar, haluskan.
- It's 1 butir of telur.
- You need 110 gr of gula pasir.
- Prepare 40 gr of minyak sayur, saya canola oil.
- Prepare 45 gr of butter, cairkan.. saya ganti margarin.
- You need 1/2 sdt of vanilla essence.
- Prepare 3 sdm of susu bubuk, tambahan saya.
- You need of Air lemon 1 sdt, tambahan saya.
- You need of Bahan B.
- You need 190 gr of tepung terigu.
- You need 1 sdt of baking soda, resep asli pake tambahan baking powder.
- You need 1/2 sdt of cinnamon bubuk.
- Prepare Sejumput of garam.
- You need Secukupnya of dcc yg di potong2, pengganti chocochips atau kismis.
Langkah Memasak Banana muffin
- Bahan A: campur semua bahan basah kemudian aduk2 sampai rata.
- Bahan B: campur semua bahan kering, lalu masukan potongan dcc, dan aduk2.
- Campur bahan basah ke dalam bahan kering, kemudian aduk hanya sampai tercampur rata saja, jangan terlalu lama mengaduk nya nanti bantet.
- Tuang ke dalam cup hanya 3/4 cup saja, kemudian panggang di oven dengan suhu 180°c selama 25 menit, atau di sesuaikan dengan oven masing2.
- Setelah matang angkat dan biarkan dingin.. Ini lembut bangett tekstur nya, cemilan buat anak aku yg lagi susah makan 😍.
