- You need of Kulit pastry siap pakai (merk edo misalnya).

Langkah Memasak Quiche Lorraine
- Siapkan kulit pastry lalu gilimg agak tipis dan susun dalam cetakan muffin.
- Tumis bawang bombay dgn sedikit margarin hingga harum, lalu,asukkan smoke beef atau sosis, tumis hingga berubah warna.
- Kocok lepas telur, lalu masukkan cooking cream, beri garam, lada, gula dan aduk rata, lalu masukkan smoke beef/sosis dan bayam.
- Tuang adonan basah kedalam pastry yg di susun dlm cetakan muffin, lalu beri taburan keju parut.
- Panggang dlm oven yg sdh di panaskan terlebih dahulu selama 20menit (sesuaikan dgn oven masing2 yaa) dgn suhu 170 derajat.
- Angkat bila pastry sdh mengembang dan warna kekuningan, biarkan hangat dan siap disantap.
