Langkah Memasak Quiche Lorraine
- Kulit pie : aduk terigu, garam. Tambahkan margarin, aduksampai berbulir². Tambahkan telur, aduk lagi. Tambah air es sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk sampai adonan membentuk gumpalan. Giling tipis pipihkan di cetakan pie. Panggang 15 menit dengan suhu 180°C/ sampai setengah matang.
- Sementara itu tumis bawang bombay dan margarin hingga layu, masukan daging asap aduk rata matikan api.
- Campur susu UHT, telur, garam, pala, lada, keju parut aduk rata.
- Campur dengan tumisan bawang Bombay dan daging asap.
- Tuang didalam adonan kulit pie yg lebih dulu sudah dioles telur.
- Panggang sampai matang. Tusuk dgn lidi, apabila lidi keluar kering artinya pie sudah matang. (Saya sekitar 25-30 menit).
