Bahan Membuat Classic Quiche Lorraine

  13. Prepare 300 ml of Susu cair.
  14. Prepare 6 lbr of Smoked beef iris².
  15. Prepare 50 ml of Cream spc Cooking (sy elle n vire).

Langkah Memasak Classic Quiche Lorraine

  1. Panaskan oven 180°C.
  2. Tumis bayam hingga layu dan empuk, sisihkan.
  3. Tumis smooked beef dan sosis hingga agk kering, sisihkan.
  4. Campur semua bahan cair jadi satu, sisihkan.
  5. Campur jd satu bahan pie gunakan pisau pastry atau garpu, sampi berbulir, simpan 30 menit di kulkas, cetak pd cetakan pie kemudian tusuk², panggang sampai agak kekuningan ±35 menit.
