Langkah Memasak Classic Quiche Lorraine
- Panaskan oven 180°C.
- Tumis bayam hingga layu dan empuk, sisihkan.
- Tumis smooked beef dan sosis hingga agk kering, sisihkan.
- Campur semua bahan cair jadi satu, sisihkan.
- Campur jd satu bahan pie gunakan pisau pastry atau garpu, sampi berbulir, simpan 30 menit di kulkas, cetak pd cetakan pie kemudian tusuk², panggang sampai agak kekuningan ±35 menit.
