Langkah Memasak Quiche lorraine
- Pertama kita buat kulitnya, campur terigu, garam dan margarin dengan menggunakan garpu kalau bisa jangan sampai terkena tangan, lalu masukkan air es aduk rata, letakkan di plastik bersih, diamkan di kulkas selama 30 menit.

- Setelah 30 menit kita tipiskan kulit yang tadi kita buat dengan bantuan roling pin, lalu kita letakkan pada loyang pie, saya pakai loyang biasa dia 18” dan saya alasi kertas roti, jangan lupa tusuk tusuk bagian bawahnya, panggang di oven suhu 200 dercel selama 30 menit.
- Sambil menunggu kulit setengah matang kita buat saus nya, campur susu dan merah telur aduk rata sisihkan, setelah kulit setengah matang keluarkan dari oven, tata bahan isian, parutan keju dan terakhir sausnya, lalu panggang lagi di oven dengan suhu 200 dercel selama 30 menit.
